U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5M. You will build and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach, discovery, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or equivalent experience and job-related experience.
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small‑business banking experience.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
• Develop and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach, structured discovery, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through.
• Balance acquisition, deepening, and service while maintaining CRM discipline.
