U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

The role covers two to three branches, emphasizing proactive outreach and disciplined follow-through. This position requires outside prospecting to grow revenue, deepening client relationships through consultative selling, cash-flow guidance, and risk-aware recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z; compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, discovery, consultative selling and follow-through.
• Coordinate with branch teams and partners to deliver value while maintaining CRM discipline.
