U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary partner for assigned branches, delivering tailored financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

The role requires outside prospecting, relationship-building, and disciplined follow-through to meet growth targets while collaborating with branch teams and other partners across the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z with clean criminal and credit record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions for small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
• Prospect outside branches to grow revenue and meet financial targets.
• Build client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
