Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

The role requires outside prospecting, disciplined CRM use, and the ability to translate financial information into practical guidance. You will support multiple branches, drive growth, and meet targets while collaborating with various teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, or finance.
• 3+ years in customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, or small-business banking.
• NMLS registration under SAFE Act and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches.
• Build and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
• Identify client needs and present banking solutions: deposits, lending, treasury, and payment tools.
• Maintain CRM discipline and coordination with branch teams.
• Drive outside prospecting to grow revenue and meet targets.
