U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary banking partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

You will build and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative selling. You will collaborate with branch teams, centers of influence, and other business partners to address client needs, balance acquisition with deepening service,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, with ongoing regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Grow revenue through prospecting and meeting sales targets with small businesses.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions including deposits, lending, treasury management, payments, and digital tools.
• Develop relationships with branch teams, clients and partners, maintaining CRM discipline and value delivery.
