U.S. Bank seeks a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary partner for assigned branches, delivering financial solutions to small businesses with $500K–$2.5M in annual revenue.

You will grow client relationships through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through across two to three branches. The role requires outside prospecting, sales activities, and meeting growth goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, or small-business banking.
• NMLS registration per SAFE Act and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service per U.S. Bank Core Values while serving as the Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches.
• Deliver comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
• Prospect, build relationships, and meet growth targets across 2–3 branches.
• Assess cash-flow, risk, and client goals to translate into practical guidance and solutions.
• Collaborate with branch teams and maintain CRM discipline throughout engagement.
