Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 and Regulation Z; ongoing regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Build and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach, structured discovery, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through.
• Translate financial information, cash-flow dynamics, client goals, operating cycle considerations, and risk indicators into practical guidance and solution recommendations.
