U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary partner for assigned branches, delivering proactive, client-focused financial guidance and tailored solutions for small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M.

You will develop relationships through discovery, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through while collaborating with branch teams to grow revenue and manage risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience and job-related experience.
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, with ongoing compliance requirements.
• Bilingual desired qualifications and ability to convey business recommendations clearly.
• Understands banking operations, product knowledge, sales, new business development, and relationship management.
