Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under SAFÉ Act requirements, Regulation Z, and ongoing regulatory compliance.

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.
• Prospect outside the branch network to grow revenue and meet growth targets.
