U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

You will deepen client relationships through proactive outreach, structured discovery, consultative selling, and disciplined follow‑through, translating financial data and cash-flow dynamics into practical guidance and tailored recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and job-related experience.
• 5+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• NMLS registration and ongoing compliance with REG Z and related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary Small Business Banking support for assigned branches and relationships.
• Offer comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M; build client relationships through outreach and discovery.
• Collaborate with branch partners and other business lines to tailor products and services to client needs.
