U.S. Bank is hiring a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary SB Banking partner for assigned branches, delivering tailored financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M.

This role requires active outreach, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through to build and deepen client relationships across multiple branch locations. Salary ranges are disclosed and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience
• NMLS registration under S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, with ongoing compliance and a clean record

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M
