Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking.
• NMLS registration and ongoing compliance with SAFE Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary Small Business Banking support for branches and relationships, delivering comprehensive financial solutions.
• Develop and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach, structured discovery, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through.
