U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary SB banking partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

You will work across two to three branches, deepening client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative selling. This role emphasizes CRM discipline, collaboration with branch teams and centers of influence, and a balanced focus on

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z, and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory requirements.
Bilingual.
