Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Services Sales Solution Lead to prescriptively shape and lead large, transformational engagements for strategic customers. You will act as the delivery expert across the portfolio, align with Sales and Professional Services, and maintain executive relationships in a billable capacity.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Salesforce solutions delivery, 10+ years in consulting, and strong governance and budgetary experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience delivering and/or overseeing solutions on the Salesforce Platform.
• 10+ years’ experience delivering consulting services, including team leadership and active involvement in selling professional services, including Advisory engagements
• 5+ years relevant industry experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver high client satisfaction by meeting/exceeding goals and metrics.
• Lead pre-sales activities such as developing client-specific proposals and SOWs.
• Manage multiple strategic clients simultaneously.
• Build executive relationships and provide prescriptive guidance across deployments.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and drive services growth with account teams.

Education

BA/BS degree or foreign equivalent; MBA preferred
