Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Partner Director for the Professional Services sales team in Technology, Media and Telecommunications. You will originate, strategize and execute deals, align with Sales and multiple internal teams to accelerate value and customer outcomes across assigned accounts.

The role demands extensive consulting experience, leadership of a book-of-business, and the ability to navigate complex negotiations with executive stakeholders to maximize both license and services

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a consulting landscape.
• 5+ years in a quota carrying selling role selling Professional Services.
• Experience driving strategic motions including value propositions and execution planning.
• 6+ years as a book-of-business owner or leader.
• Experience in consulting services with SI or product orgs.
• Experience delivering strategic initiatives in firm-based or product models.
• Ability to create assets from scratch including marketing, sales and strategy solutions.
• Ability to work with C-Suite during strategy cycles and workshops.
• Experience negotiating pricing and deal strategy with global procurement leads.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-level strategy for ambitious customers.
• Lead qualification, deal cycle participation, account reviews and value assessments.
• Develop repeatable motions within a micro-vertical.
• Coordinate transition to delivery with margins, staffing plans and Salesforce methodology.
• Serve as SME and liaison between internal teams and customers.
• Own strategy, bookings, revenue, margin, CSAT and value across assigned accounts.
