Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Services Sales Solution Lead to prescriptively shape and lead large, transformational engagements for strategic customers. You will act as a trusted advisor to Salesforce stakeholders, guiding Sales and Professional Services, ensuring alignment and delivering customer success with measurable business value.

Ideal candidates have extensive pre-sales experience, strong executive communication, and a proven track record in delivering cloud-based solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct experience delivering and/or overseeing solutions on the Salesforce Platform.
• 10+ years’ experience delivering consulting services, including team leadership and advisory engagements.
• 5+ years operating in a pre-sales environment, shaping and scoping large and complex implementation projects.
• Salesforce Application and/or System Architect certifications preferred.
• Demonstrated executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable implementation plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre- and post-sales activities as the Delivery Expert across the portfolio of Salesforce products.
• Maintain executive relationships and act as escalation point within engagements.
• Develop and articulate comprehensive implementation proposals with SMEs.
• Drive outcomes by applying deep platform expertise and industry knowledge.
• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to deliver successful engagements.
• Partner with Services Sellers to drive growth of services.
