Job summary

Salesforce Professional Services is seeking a Solution Architect to lead one or more workstreams in complex enterprise engagements. You will act as a strategic advisor and Salesforce platform authority to large customers, guiding vision and execution across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities include trusted advisory roles, driving initiatives to grow the consulting practice, and deploying technologies that increase business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise projects using waterfall and agile methods.
• Extensive Salesforce platform configuration and customization experience.
• Ability to define architecture landscape, identify gaps, and deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, and writing user stories.
• Strong presentation and communication skills across client levels.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.
• U.S. citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

• Identify and lead internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice.
• Guide customers in deploying new technologies to drive business value.

• Review project direction to keep programs on track and extendable.
• Drive program vision and advise on Salesforce-enabled strategies.
