Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Services Engagement Manager to set customers up for success in a ClinData implementation, collaborating with Sales and Services teams to define the strategy, staffing, and timeline. You will drive proposals, set expectations, and guide partner ecosystem to align resources for project success.

Responsibilities include aligning stakeholders, delivering outcomes, and ensuring a positive customer experience with travel of less than 25%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience delivering consulting services or selling services for Clinical Data Applications.
• 2+ years experience scoping/defining project plans, resource models, and negotiating Statements of Work for software implementation projects.
• Understanding of data capture for clinical trials including how EDC, IVRS, safety systems, CTMS and downstream databases interact.
• Familiarity with the Life Sciences industry.
• Ability to engage executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills and a collaborative, consultative work style.
• Ability to travel and work under pressure with tight timelines.
• Nice to Have: Experience interpreting clinical protocols; SaaS/Cloud delivery experience.
