Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is hiring a Services Engagement Manager (SEM) to set up customers for success in a ClinData implementation. The SEM will work closely with Sales, Strategy, and Services to structure solutions, set expectations, and define project charters including staffing and timelines.

You will deliver proposals and SOWs, and may recommend implementation partners while ensuring alignment across teams. Travel is expected to be under 25% as part of customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience delivering consulting services or selling services for Clinical Data Applications.
• 2+ years experience scoping/defining project plans, resource models, and negotiating SOWs for software implementations.
• Understanding of data capture in clinical trials (EDC, IVRS, safety systems, CTMS, eCOA).

Responsibilities

• Align with services and sales to provide implementation proposals and establish confidence with prospects.
• Set client and internal expectations for long-term success.
• Coordinate with partner ecosystem for alignment and support.
