Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Services Engagement Manager (SEM) to set customers up for success on Veeva ClinData implementations. You will act as a solution expert, align with Sales, Strategy and Services teams, and guide the scoping and planning phase to establish the right implementation strategy.

Using clinical trial systems experience and Veeva product knowledge, you will structure the right solution, set expectations, and draft the project charter, including staffing, timelines, and costs;

Responsibilities

• Set customers up for success on Veeva ClinData implementations.
• Act as a solution expert, align with Sales, Strategy and Services teams, and guide the scoping and planning phase to establish the right implementation strategy.
• Structure the right solution using clinical trial systems experience and Veeva product knowledge.
• Set expectations and draft the project charter including staffing, timelines, and costs.
• Deliver Proposals and Statements of Work (SOW) as key early deliverables.
