The Services Engagement Manager works across proposals, SOW delivery, and partner alignment, with travel less than 25% and a focus on delivering value throughout the scoping phase.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in delivering consulting services for Clinical Data Applications
• 2+ years scoping/defining project plans and negotiating Statements of Work for software implementations
• Understanding data capture for the clinical trials domain (EDC, IVRS, safety systems, CTMS, downstream databases, eCOA)
• Experience in Life Sciences industry
• Ability to engage executive leadership and diverse stakeholders
• Strong negotiation and collaborative, consultative work style

Responsibilities

• Align closely with services and sales teams to provide implementation proposals and establish confidence with prospects in our ability to deliver
• Set client and internal stakeholder expectations correctly with a focus on long-term success
• Provide awareness and alignment with the partner ecosystem
• Position support, training, and other solutions for a successful customer experience
