Qualifications

• 5+ years experience delivering consulting services for Clinical Data Applications.
• 2+ years experience scoping/defining project plans and Statements of Work for software implementation projects.
• Understanding of data capture for the clinical trials domain, including how EDC works with IVRS, safety systems, CTMS and downstream databases, and eCOA.
• Familiarity with the Life Sciences Industry.
• Ability to travel and engage with diverse stakeholders including executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation proposals aligned with services and sales teams.
• Set client and internal stakeholder expectations for long-term success.
• Coordinate awareness and alignment with partner ecosystem.
• Position support, training, and other solutions for a successful customer experience.
• Travel as needed (less than 25% expect).
