Veeva Systems is seeking a Services Engagement Manager Lead to drive successful eCOA implementations and align with Sales, Strategy, and Services teams. You will develop service offerings, manage stakeholder expectations, and oversee vendor relationships, with travel up to 25%.

The role requires 5+ years delivering consulting services in Life Sciences, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to operate across a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Formación

• 5+ years experience delivering consulting services or involvement in selling services for Clinical Data Applications, including eCOA.
• 3+ years of experience scoping/defining project plans, resource models, and negotiation of Statements of Work for software implementation projects.
• Understanding of the data capture for the clinical trials domain, including how EDC works with IVRS, safety systems, CTMS and downstream databases, and eCOA.
• Ability and comfort to spearhead complex services contracting independently but in close collaboration with key internal stakeholders. Familiarity in working with the Life Sciences Industry.
• Ability to engage audiences of varying perception levels, including working with executive leadership. Strong negotiation skills.

• Works well under pressure and with short or competing timelines
• Ability to travel

Responsabilidades

• Align closely with services and sales teams to provide implementation proposals and establish confidence with prospects in our ability to deliver
• Develop and spearhead eCOA service offerings across multiple customer types
• Set client and internal stakeholder expectations correctly with a focus on long-term success
• Develop, own, and manage partner vendor relationships for contracting and services operations
• Lead, grow, and scale eCOA SEM activities and operations
• Travel estimate: Less than 25%
