Veeva is seeking an Engagement Manager in our Commercial practice to help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with technology, data, and AI. You will lead end-to-end delivery on complex, global engagements and build senior relationships to drive strategic outcomes.

The role emphasizes strategic delivery, account leadership, and people management, with oversight of multi-project teams and $1M+ engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Proven leadership of large project teams and $1M+ engagements.
• Expertise in customer engagement strategy, sales and commercial operations, omnichannel, marketing excellence, key account management, and/or medical affairs.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end lead on Veeva’s most complex, large-scale, and global engagements.
• Build and navigate senior customer relationships, leading proposals for significant project wins and driving long-term account strategy.
• Lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Manage project budgets of $1M+, acting as the primary contact for project health and commercial success.
• Support brand-building activities and the development of internal IP to keep Veeva Business Consulting at the forefront.
