Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager in our Commercial practice to help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with technology, data, and AI.

You will reshape operating models and measure tangible business value. You’ll lead end-to-end complex, global engagements, manage senior client relationships, and guide 4+ consultants across projects, while overseeing million-dollar budgets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Proven track record of managing large project teams and $1M+ engagements.
• Proven expertise in customer engagement strategy, sales and commercial operations, omnichannel, marketing excellence, key account management, and/or medical affairs preferred.
• Mindset: highly analytical with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as end-to-end lead on Veeva’s most complex, large-scale, global engagements.
• Build and navigate senior customer relationships, leading proposals for significant project wins.
• Lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Manage project budgets of $1M+, primary contact for project health and commercial success.
• Support brand-building and development of internal IP.
