Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Services Engagement Manager to drive successful ClinData implementations. You will partner with Sales and Strategy to craft proposals, define project charters, staffing, and timelines, and deliver SOWs.

This role emphasizes strategic alignment, risk management, and customer satisfaction across the life sciences domain. The SEM collaborates with partners and internal teams to ensure accurate scoping, effective governance, and a high-quality customer experience, with

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience delivering consulting services or selling services for Clinical Data Applications.
• 2+ years scoping/defining project plans and negotiating Statements of Work for software implementations.
• Understanding data capture for clinical trials and how EDC works with IVRS, safety systems, CTMS and downstream databases.
• Familiarity with the Life Sciences industry.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences including executive leadership.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Collaborative and consultative work style.
• Works well under pressure and with tight timelines.
• Willingness to travel.
