Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Services Engagement Manager (SEM) to set up Quality Cloud customers for success and articulate the full value proposition behind the implementation. In this remote, full‑time role, you will work closely with Sales and Services to shape the solution, set expectations, and deliver RFx responses, proposals, and SOWs.

You will identify staffing needs, timelines, and costs while guiding the project from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience in software implementation for life sciences products.
• Ability to shape solutions and align expectations with customers.
• Proven track record in proposal development and SOW creation.

Responsibilities

• Set up customer success for Quality Cloud implementations.
• Act as solution expert during sales cycle and project delivery.
• Develop project charters including staffing, timeline, and costs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Services teams to align delivery.
