Job summary

Cisco is seeking an Account Executive - Services - SLED for the Pacific Northwest. This remote, full-time role focuses on managing complex end-to-end deals, expanding services across large accounts, and aligning Cisco’s services with customer outcomes.

You will collaborate with Account Teams, Customer Success, and engineering to drive adoption and renewals, forecast revenue, and identify new opportunities while staying ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing end-to-end deals of moderate to high complexity independently.
• 5+ years developing and executing account plans for Enterprise Accounts.
• 5+ years maintaining CRM opportunity data, next steps, close dates, deal values, forecast data.

Responsibilities

• Engages with specialist teams to enhance the sales process and partner with Customer Success to drive services adoption.
• Identify and manage opportunities across accounts to expand services coverage and impact.
• Build and sustain strong relationships; collaborate with customers to upsell/attach new services.
• Use data analytics to uncover opportunities, forecast sales, and inform buying decisions.
• Align with accounts/territories and focus on new and renew upsell of Premium Services.
