Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Engineering to lead architecture, delivery, and governance of the enterprise ServiceNow platform from a remote location in the United States. You will guide strategy, investments, and AI-enabled capabilities while maintaining platform stability and security.

The role oversees a team of engineers, partners with business leaders and vendors, and drives continuous improvement across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and related services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing IT systems and projects
• Experience leading ServiceNow engineering teams
• Strong communication with executives and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year ServiceNow platform strategy and roadmap.
