You will oversee platform upgrades, AI capabilities, and collaboration with business leaders, vendors, and partners to ensure value, stability, and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience managing information technology systems and projects in a large IT department.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years experience in the acquisition and management of technology and technology professionals.
• 10+ years managing people.
• 5+ years demonstrated success in matrix management and influence environments.
• Extensive experience in communicating with executive and operational management.
• Large-scale project or program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and governance of the enterprise ServiceNow platform.
• Oversee a team of ServiceNow engineers delivering platform development and support.
• Define platform strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities aligned to business goals.
• Ensure platform stability, security, and data governance.
• Collaborate with leaders, vendors, and partners to drive platform adoption.
• Lead talent development and succession planning.
