Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Engineering for a remote role in the United States. You will lead a team of ServiceNow engineers, define platform strategy, governance, and delivery across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, and related capabilities while aligning with business objectives and ensuring platform stability and security.

The role requires extensive leadership and ServiceNow expertise, with remote work supported nationwide.

Qualifications

10+ years experience in managing information technology systems and projects
10+ years experience in the acquisition and management of technology professionals
10+ years managing people
5+ years demonstrated success in matrix management and influence environments
Extensive experience in communicating with executive and operational management
Large-scale project or program management experience

Responsibilities

Define multi-year ServiceNow platform strategy and roadmap tied to business goals
Lead governance, intake, demand management, and prioritization processes
Oversee platform upgrades, maintenance, testing, and production support
Drive adoption of ServiceNow AI capabilities and measure value
Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing ServiceNow engineering team
Manage relationships with ServiceNow, partners, and vendors
Provide platform delivery metrics, forecasts, and licensing insights
Ensure platform stability, security, compliance, and performance
