Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and investments.
• Govern platform standards, development practices, and governance controls.
• Lead delivery of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB/CSDM capabilities and modernization initiatives.
• Oversee AI capabilities adoption (Now Assist, predictive intelligence, automation).
• Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing ServiceNow engineering professionals.
• Manage relationships with ServiceNow, partners, and vendors.
• Ensure platform stability, security, and compliance across workflows.
