Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Engineering - Remote, to lead the enterprise ServiceNow platform. You will govern strategy, roadmap, and delivery while overseeing a team of engineers across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB/CSDM.

The role requires translating business needs into scalable platform solutions and guiding partnerships with vendors. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT leadership, strong governance, and experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities.

Qualifications

10+ years managing information technology systems and projects in a large IT department
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business or equivalent experience
10+ years acquiring and managing technology professionals
10+ years managing people
5+ years in matrix management and cross-functional influence
Experience communicating with executives and operations leadership
Large-scale project or program management experience

Responsibilities

Define multi-year ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities
Lead platform governance, intake, and demand management processes
Oversee a team of ServiceNow engineers for development, upgrades, and operations
Drive platform modernization, AI capabilities, and value realization
Manage vendor relationships and contract planning for ServiceNow
Establish engineering standards, release management, and operational processes
Monitor platform health, data governance, and performance metrics
