Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Engineering to lead the strategic direction, governance, and delivery of the enterprise ServiceNow platform. This remote role supports our nationwide operations and partners closely with IT leadership to align platform investments with business goals.

You will manage a team of ServiceNow engineers, set standards, oversee upgrades, integrations, and AI initiatives like Now Assist.

Qualifications

10+ years experience in managing information technology systems and projects for a large IT department.
10+ years managing people.
5+ years demonstrated success in matrix management and influence environments.
Bachelor's degree in related area (Computer Science, Engineering, or Business) or equivalent.
ServiceNow knowledge and ITIL familiarity.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Define multi-year ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and investments aligned to business objectives.
Lead platform governance, intake, demand management, and prioritization processes.
Oversee platform upgrades, maintenance, testing strategies, and production support.
Drive delivery of ServiceNow enhancements, integrations, and modernization initiatives.
Lead and develop a high-performing ServiceNow engineering team and manage vendor relationships.
