Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Senior Manager to steer successful ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment in the United States. This role demands leading post-sales delivery, managing scope, budget, and client outcomes while driving client value and governance.

You will oversee multi-workstream deployments, collaborate with account teams, and guide senior stakeholders through complex transformations. Travel flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (minimum 12 years total work experience).
• Minimum 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience delivering and governing ServiceNow implementations.
• 3+ years of client-facing delivery leadership with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post sales stage to successful delivery of the project.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables such as project plans and risk registers.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value and progress with ServiceNow account teams.
• Drive continuous improvements of implementation methodology and offerings.
• Demonstrated ability to influence sponsors and stakeholders in solving governance and program problems.
• Access to training and certification opportunities as a ServiceNow Business Group member.
