Accenture PLC in the United States is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Senior Manager to drive successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment. You’ll roll up your sleeves to develop on the ServiceNow platform and lead project teams from post‑sales to delivery, ensuring scope, budget and client outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years in enterprise technology, 6+ years hands‑on ServiceNow delivery, and 4+ years of client‑facing leadership.

Qualifications

10+ years delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs.
6+ years hands-on ServiceNow delivery across complex programs.
4+ years client-facing delivery leadership with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead consulting engagements from post-sales to project delivery, ensuring scope, deliverables, budget and outcomes.
Manage all aspects of project and solution delivery.
Lead and manage the implementation project team.
Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables (project plan, risk/issue register, status reports).
Identify opportunities to add value and collaborate with ServiceNow account teams.
