Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Senior Manager to drive successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment. You will develop in the ServiceNow platform, stay current with new offerings, and influence governance and program management decisions across sponsors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• 6+ years hands-on experience delivering and governing ServiceNow implementations.
• 4+ years client-facing delivery leadership with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Responsabilités

• Lead consulting engagements from post-sales to successful delivery including scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, and outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables (project plan, issues/risk register, status reports).
• Identify opportunities for additional value and coordinate with ServiceNow account teams.
• Drive continuous improvements of implementation methodology and service offerings.
