Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Senior Manager to oversee delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment. You will lead engagements, manage multi-workstream projects, and drive continuous improvements in our delivery methodologies.

The role requires deep experience in enterprise software, delivery leadership, and senior stakeholder engagement, with travel to client sites as needed and a strong emphasis on business outcomes and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience delivering and governing ServiceNow implementations, including multi-workstream programs.
• Minimum 4 years of experience providing client-facing delivery leadership with senior stakeholders.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification or 5+ years of platform experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (minimum 12 years total work experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post-sales stage to successful delivery, covering scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, and business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables like project plans and risk registers.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and coordinate with ServiceNow account teams.
• Drive improvements to our implementation methodology and offerings.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with sponsors and stakeholders across governance and program management.
