Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking a Sr. Account Manager- Service/Repair in Orlando, FL. You will secure and maintain service accounts, grow repair work, and develop strong relationships with customers to meet annual revenue goals.

The role involves evaluating proposals, understanding elevator projects, and coordinating with operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Strong knowledge of service/repair in the elevator industry is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawings preferred
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Exceeds sales goals and quotas by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth
• Manages service accounts by visiting customers within territory to build relationships
• Develops capital plans for customers to address building needs
• Prepares repair job proposals by estimating labor and other costs
• Prepares service contract bids and reviews blueprints with operations input
• Monitors status of current service contracts and ensures customer satisfaction
• Negotiates Scope of Work (SOW) with operations and contract admin/legal as required
• Coordinates with operations to meet customer deadlines and expectations
