Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Sr. Account Manager- Service/Repair in Richmond, VA to secure and grow service accounts and repairs. The role centers on building strong customer relationships, understanding needs, and driving revenue through effective proposals and contract management.

You will leverage your knowledge of elevator systems, read blueprints, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver value and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1–2 years of related sales experience in elevator or similar industry preferred.
• Strong ability to read architectural drawings or blueprints preferred.
• Experience selling service/repair, construction, and modernization in elevator systems is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Secure and maintain service accounts and repair work to meet revenue goals.
• Develop and nurture relationships with Tier 1–3 customers in the assigned territory.
• Prepare repair proposals by estimating labor and costs and coordinating with suppliers.
• Manage service contracts and renewals, including price reviews and scope of work.
• Collaborate with operations to meet customer deadlines and expectations.
