Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Sr. Account Manager- Service/Repair in Houston, TX. You will secure and maintain service accounts, develop relationships with customers, and drive repair and modernization opportunities to meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities include visiting customers, preparing proposals and bids, and coordinating with operations to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery. Strong knowledge of elevators, CRM usage, and estimating is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawings preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceeds sales goals and quotas for service and repair growth.
• Manages service accounts by visiting Tier 1–3 customers to build relationships.
• Develops capital plans for customers’ building needs.
• Prepares repair job proposals and service contract bids with cost estimates.
