TK Elevator is seeking an Account Manager- Service/Repair in the United States (Tallahassee, FL) to drive growth and manage a portfolio of service accounts. You will prepare bids, develop relationships, and rely on strong product knowledge and elevator code understanding to win opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 6+ years in sales, including B2B, and prefers Salesforce proficiency. Team collaboration and rigorous follow-up are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required or relevent 6+ years sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail with proactive follow-up skills.
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Growth: Meet revenue and profit goals through impeccable customer service, in-depth company and industry knowledge, capital campaign development, pipeline creation, and consultative selling techniques.
• Account Management: Manage multi-tiered client portfolio within an assigned territory. Develop and nurture successful client relationships through multiple sources, included a preliminary book of business.
• Knowledge: Utilize strong working knowledge of company products, supplier information, and elevator code requirements.
• Sales: Prepare service contract bids and repair job proposals based on proprietary software, cross-functional team support, blueprints, and equipment surveys.
• Team Player: Works directly with operations team, provides rapid client communication, and nurtures sales team relationships.
