TK Elevator in Madison, WI is seeking an Account Manager- Service/Repair to secure and maintain service accounts and repair work, while building strong relationships with customers to meet annual revenue goals.

The role involves managing service accounts across tiers, developing capital plans, estimating job costs, preparing bids, and coordinating with operations to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint drawings preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales goals and quotas using company tools for service and repair growth.
• Manage service accounts by visiting Tier 1–3 customers to build ongoing relationships and understand needs.
• Develop capital plans for customers’ short- and long-term building needs.
• Maintain product knowledge through training and manuals, including local elevator code requirements.
• Prepare repair job proposals by estimating labor and costs; obtain price estimates as needed.
• Prepare service contract bids and review blueprints for input and approvals.
• Respond to questions on quoted repairs and contracts and follow up on proposals.
• Monitor current service contracts and ensure customer satisfaction; resolve issues.
