Job summary

TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Account Manager- Service/Repair in Richmond, VA. You will secure and maintain service accounts and repair work, building strong relationships with customers to meet annual revenue goals.

Key duties include managing accounts across tiered customers, developing capital plans, estimating job costs, and coordinating proposals and change orders with operations. A Bachelor's degree and elevator sales exposure strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings/blueprints preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceeds sales goals and quotas for service and repair growth and maintains accounts.
• Manages service accounts by visiting customers to develop ongoing relationships and understand needs.
• Develops capital plans addressing short- and long-term building needs.
• Maintains knowledge of products and local elevator code requirements through training and manuals.
