Job summary

TK Elevator in Charleston, SC seeks an Account Manager- Service/Repair to secure and grow service contracts, and to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to help the branch meet annual revenue goals.

You will drive revenue growth by acquiring new service customers, expanding market share, and pursuing strategic service agreements. Knowledge of local elevator codes and Salesforce will support proposal development and pipeline management.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exceeds sales goals and quotas to grow service revenue.
• Builds ongoing relationships with customers and key groups.
• Drives revenue growth by acquiring new service customers and expanding market share.
• Develops and executes strategic business plans to secure new service agreements.
• Generates qualified sales opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Maintains knowledge of products and local elevator codes through training.
