Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a seasoned Service Operations Leader to oversee service field personnel and admin teams, align with sales, and grow the service business. You will drive P&L outcomes, develop staff, and expand offerings through strategic hiring and training.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration across departments, and a track record of delivering high customer satisfaction while achieving financial targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of service management experience for a control systems and/or HVAC organization, including people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead service field organization and P&L, driving growth and margin.
• Develop and mentor staff, recruit and train for performance.
• Collaborate with sales and admin teams to manage budgets, KPIs and service offerings.
