Job summary

Southland Industries in Utah is seeking a senior leader to manage service operations, P&L, and field teams across trades, with a focus on growing the service business. The role requires strong leadership and a track record of driving results.

You will oversee budgeting, KPI tracking, scheduling and billing, and collaborate with sales and support teams to win new customers and expand offerings. A related bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of service management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of service management experience for a control systems and/or HVAC organization.
• Experience managing a service business over $5M in revenue.
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage service operations, including financial results and leadership of service field personnel and admin team.
• Develop department budget and manage to metrics & KPIs for performance goals.
• Oversee scheduling, coordination, completion and billing of PM visits, repairs, and service projects.
• Assist sales with operational support to secure new customers and service agreements.
