Job summary

Southland Industries in Phoenix, AZ seeks a results-driven Director of Service Operations to lead service field personnel, the service admin team, and the service sales function. You will drive growth by expanding market share and service offerings while developing the team and managing P&L.

Responsibilities include budgeting, KPI management, coordinating PMs and repairs, supporting sales to win new contracts, and aligning safety and compliance across locations with union and training partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of service management experience in HVAC/building systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead service field organization across trades and supervise admin staff.
• Develop budgets, P&L management, and KPIs for performance goals.
• Collaborate with sales to secure new customers and contracts.
