Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or applicable experience in engineering, business administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of service management experience for a control systems or HVAC organization.
- Experience overseeing a service business with revenue > $5M.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage service field organization across trades, drive technical and leadership development.
- Oversee recruiting, coaching, and training of service staff.
- Develop budgets and manage KPIs and department P&L.
- Coordinate scheduling, billing, and execution of PM visits and service projects.
- Support sales in securing customers and service agreements.
- Prepare quarterly sales commissions and strategic growth plans.
