• Experience coordinating services across multiple providers and defining processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-provider service‑integration activities across internal IT teams and external suppliers.
• Define and maintain service‑introduction frameworks, including readiness checklists and transition plans.
• Establish governance mechanisms (OLAs, RACI, reporting) for end‑to‑end services.
• Coordinate incident, change, and problem‑management integration across providers.
• Conduct risk/impact assessments for service changes before go‑live.
• Support IT staff with performance monitoring and policy enforcement.
• Promote continual improvement and cross‑provider coordination.
• Align service‑integration goals with organizational objectives and budget.
